Enrollment & Refund Policy

Application for enrollment

• Please apply for admission through the EEIC Academy Cooperative Agent or the EEIC Academy website.(Please register at least 6 weeks prior to enrollment.) The application must include details of the student's allergies, illness, and other physical disabilities.  

Tuition payment

• All tuition must be paid at least 4 weeks before the course starts. If tuition fee is not paid without any notice, Class may be canceled.

Cancellation and refund

• Cancellation must be made in writing prior to the start of the course.

Pre-departure

• From  registration date to 30days before class starts : All fees except      registration fee
• From registration date to 15days before class starts : All fees except registration and 2 weeks of dormitory fees
• From registration date to 7days before class starts : All fees except registration and 4 weeks of dormitory fees
• Less  than 7days before class starts : All fees except registration and 4 weeks of dormitory and tuition fees

After departure

• Registered      less than or equal to 4 weeks : No refund regardless of time of request
• Within 25% of studying period : excluding one week and 50% of dormitory and  tuition fees left
• Within 50% of studying period : excluding one week and 20% of dormitory and tuition fees left
• More than 50% of studying period : No refund
• More than 50% of studying period(registration over 12weeks) : 20% of the remaining tuition and dormitory fees excluding 1 week from the refund period.
• If the student has started the course, the student may get fifty percent (50%) refund of the tuition and dormitory but must have at least four (4) weeks remaining of the course enrolled.
• If the student arrives after the start of the course or absent from classes,      there will be no refund nor make up classes for the days missed.
• If you  upgrade your course when you make a course change after you departure from  own country, you will incur an additional fee and there will be no refund  in the event of a downgrade.
• All refunds will be process and disburse within 60 days.

Course Change & Dormitory Change

• For 4 weeks duration : Additional payment for difference/No refund for difference
