Ⅰ. CLASSROOM GUIDELINES
1. FIRST DAY OF CLASS
- All new students will have an orientation, classroom and facilities tour on Monday morning. Further instructions will be given during the orientation.
- All new students will then take level test for an hour. The level test will gauge their current level and help the teachers plan their lessons accordingly.
- The first lesson for the new students will be on Monday afternoon.
2. REGULAR CLASSES
- Duration of all classes is 50 minutes. For class time please refer to the daily schedule, break time, and meal time.
- Class schedule depends on student's course, individual class schedule will be given.
- Friday classes in the morning will be shorten to 40 minutes to give way of Friday afternoon activities.
- Absent forms (sickness & urgent purpose only - distinguishable by managers) can only be submitted once a day before the class. (No absent forms for simply taking a rest, hang over, or other invalid reasons.)
3. CHANGING CLASS SCHEDULE, CLASSES AND TEACHERS
- If a student wishes to change class schedule, classes or teachers, he/she must fill up a request form and submit it on Wednesday afternoon to be reviewed.
- The student manager assigns to the student will conduct consultation on the following day (Thursday morning) to finalize and discuss the changes.
- Once the changes have been finalized and approved, the student manager will forward the request to the Quality Assurance Team.
- The effectivity of the changes will reflect on the student’s schedule on the following week, Monday.
4. ATTENDANCE AND MAKE UP CLASSES
- No make-up class is given if student is absent from classes.
- No make-up class is given in cases of natural disasters. (Typhoon, flood, etc.)
- If a teacher is absent, the academy will assign a sub-teacher. It is the academy’s discretion in choosing sub-teachers.
II. Local Payment (SSP, Visa, ACR-I CARD)
SSP(Special Study Permit) & Deposit
SSP (P6,800) - study permit for the student with tourist visa.
Deposit : Will be returned back to students upon check-out (Student will be liable of any damage made in facilities)
Visa Extension
Visa Extension : Every month after free visa on arrival stamp
- 1st (8 weeks) : P4,130, 2nd (12weeks):P9,530, 3th(16weeks):P12,960, 4th(20weeks):P16,390, 5th(24weeks):P19,820
ACR-I Card : P3,500, All foreigners staying more than 8 weeks;
- Chinese & Taiwanese who are holding 30days visa : when students process 1st visa extension, they have to process
ACR-ICARD . If student stays in the Philippines for more than 6 months, student has to pay ECC(P1,500) and CRTV (P1,410)

Other Regulations
School will refund 50% of the tuition and dormitory fees regardless of the notice date. Such circumstance happens prior to departure, belongs to Pre-departure regulation on the table
Refund is applied excluding 2 weeks from the refund period, and the refund period is calculated from Monday of the next week based on the notification date.)
In case of expulsion, there will is no refund and student has to check out before noon of the day announced.
. Postpone studying period (Before arrival) : Only once after the registration / At least 4 weeks before the starting date / Maximum of 6months Postponed period. : Requesting another postpone after the 1st postponement is considered as automatic cancellation and refund policy will apply. : Requesting postpone within 4 weeks from the starting date is considered as automatic cancellation and refund policy will apply.
. Postpone Studying Period (After arrival) : At least 2 weeks before the desired starting date of postpone for the studying period left for at least 4 weeks. : Maximum of 6 months postponed period for only once. Re-starting date is depending on room availability.
